The annual report from Google, Search of the Year 2018 has recently revealed the top 10 most searched destinations on Google last year.



Not surprisingly, Spain is on Google's list of most searched destinations. Spain's tourism industry is the third largest contributor to the country's economy. Spain is always the top destination for holidays, and is also the second most visited country in the world.



The city of New Orleans in the US state of Lousianna has often made it to America's and the world's most searched destinations. In 2004, the city welcomed 10.1 million tourists.
